Return policy: You are able to return your unit ONLY if you have not cut the lace. If you have cut the lace on your unit you will NOT be able to returning your wig unit. 

Pictures are sent out before I ship your units so you will know how it will look before it get to you. 

Custom Unit turn around time: My turn around time for custom wig units are about 2 weeks. Depending on what state you are located in the shipping time is usually 2-3 business days 

Refund Policy: I have a no refund policy. I send pictures of the units before I ship the units to you. If something is wrong with the unit we will be able to come to a agreement. I work with my clients to make sure they are satisfied. 

Just because it says no refund, doesn’t mean I won’t work to my best ability to get you what you need and how you need it
